From the Musashi Silver series comes this intricately hand crafted “Kurēn” (Crane) Katana by Master Sword Smith Shen Zhou. Hand-forged using 1060 high carbon steel it is a must-have katana for any serious collector or practitioner of the way of the samurai. The blade has gone through clay tempered process and features a real hamon. The polish on the blade is almost mirror-like. You can see your reflections on the blade. The handle is real ray skin wrapped in a brown cotton cord. The kiku gata style tsuba features a Japanese traditional crane design. The black wooden saya holds the katana securely until ready to use.

Coming from generations of master sword smiths dating back to 1885, Master Shen with over 27 years of experience, he has become a well-known and respected Master Sword Smith worldwide.
